The Espanita Homeowners Association, founded in 1968, is dedicated to maintaining the quality of life, property values and safety of our neighborhood. The board meets at 7:00 pm, the second Thursday of each month at the Northwest Recreation Center. All meetings are open to the public.
The swimming pool at Northwest Recreation Center has been closed and has been demolished. Parks and Recreation reports that with the opening of the Aquatic Center on Conflans just west of Beltline, they have closed the Northwest and Southwest swimming pools permanently. A shuttle bus from the Northwest Recreation Center to the new Aquatic Center is available. Contact the Rec Center for the schedule.
